Doctor Dragged Off Plane
I don't fly. Even if I had money and health enough to, I am so against TSA, I would refuse. This is horrible, they overbook the flight, pick 4 passengers by random and then drag one of them off. This guy is a doctor who told them he had patients to see in the morning, and they ignored him. He paid for his ticket like everyone else. What makes me sick, are all the people watching this man being dragged off, who do nothing about it. I guess at least one recorded it, so he will have an easier time suing. The low IQ Nazis don't want to hear any excuses, for all they know he had patients scheduled for life saving surgeries in the morning. Later on the CNN news, it was reported he had a broken nose that needs surgery with sinus involvement and a severe concussion. The police state in America is getting too harsh.
When I first started flying I probably needed to be dragged ON the flight. Last time I flew I fell asleep on the tarmac and didn't wake up until we were almost to our destination........And I was sober!
ReplyDeleteI am scared to death of flying. I haven't been on a plane since 1992. Part of this is financial, poor people don't have money to go places, it was the bus or train for me anyhow for years. This may freak people out but I haven't left my own county in two whole years, and two years ago I went to three cities ranging from 50-100 miles away. I went last on a plane to visit my sister in 1992. Man I tried so hard, for someone who did not care. Could barely afford the trip. Felt like I was going to die both ways there and back. I'm too disabled to cope with airports now to walk them. I have only been on a plane three times in my entire life. Today I don't want to deal with TSA and other nightmares and WOULD NOT FIT, even when I was midsized, in 1992, I barely fit down the plane aisle.
DeleteDid you get used to the flying doing it or was it a matter of "I've almost died before" so it would not matter? I got a severe asthma attack on that trip too, not on the plane, but was deathly ill midweek.
DeleteI was just thinking about the days when there wasn't commercials every where you looked on You Tube and I am a bit older than you but when cable first came out one of the selling points was that it would be commercial free.

I remember that too, one selling point HBO gave was no commercials, that fell by the wayside quick didn't it?
DeleteI got used to flying but I did almost die and if I had I don't think I would have known it. I barely remember the trip to the ER and all know is I just woke up about month later. If I had died someone would have had to notify me of my death.
ReplyDeleteTsa is the worst as a fat woman. After the x-ray machine they have to feel up all the areas the computer flagged, which are basically all folds of fat. Fingers in the bellybutton, ass crack, all around my breasts, between thigh and groin. Last time I flew i had a such a bad sexual assault flash back i was dissociating in the airport trying to put my shoes on. Never wanna fly again. They also tried to smear this poor doctor, ended up publicly dragging another Asian doc with a similar name painting him as *troubled* lol. Low iq Nazis is right.
ReplyDeleteSo sorry you went through that. :( I won't fly. Even if I have to go thousands of miles, don't have health or money anyhow, I'd rather go in a car or a train. There's another reason too, I could go completely deaf. Flying did very bad things to my ears, and there is not much hearing left as there is. I have MAJOR problems now with barometric pressure etc.
DeleteIt is sick they had to feel up all your fat folds. That would put me in danger too of being assaulted. I have thought about my Aspergers too and getting pegged for extra attention too. I can't walk enough to handle most airports anyhow. Sorry they triggered you. I am against TSA on all political and other levels. I protested it years go. Yeah they smeared this poor doctor, it made me ill. Americans are losing all rights. Well with this, I believe they want to desensitize us to people being dragged off planes, I hope this guy does sue and fight back. BTW I had a horror of being looked at on their nudity machines and being mocked especially due to my Lipedema and unusual body shape.
Why do airlines get to operate under completely different rules than other businesses? How do you bump paying customers to carry crew members? How can you sell 220 tickets on a flight that only has 200 seats!? I don't understand.
