Of course with the dancing, she is burning more off. She does eat a lot of pre-packaged food at least some is better then others. It would be weird to me to have a body like hers that actually burns off food and you can move around without falling apart. It's interesting she goes hiking for exercise. On a day where she hikes she says, she eats 2275 calories a day. That means she often eats more then me, but then exercise and having a body that works changes the equation.
I miss those days. I used to be a serious gymnast, and could eat whatever I want and was still thin. Now I don't even recognize my body, and I gain weight easily. Of course I am not working out like that, but I would never have the energy now. I really don't even remember what it's like to feel that good and at home in my body. Yeah, I used to ride my bike to a mountain and hike up it. I could not even hike anything now. But it is a lesson for people in empathy. Anything can happen to your body and things will never be the same. So don't assume you'll have the same body forever. Most people don't think this one out.
Sorry you lost those days where you could eat what you want and stay thin. My body never worked right either but I remember the more midsized "normal" days, and when I could walk 3 miles and think nothing of it. I could not hike anything, I can't even walk a block today. Yeah a lot of presently thin and healthy take their bodies for granted especially when young. A lot of that goes by the wayside. American toxins aren't so good to bodies.
the corn dog would make me sick immediately. At least one meal was Trader Joes I guess though I've never had that brand. I can't eat frozen food so gross. One reason I have to cook constantly even the "healthy" kind doesn't taste that good. Amy's was better but don't know about now, I couldn't afford it anymore.
Why can't you eat frozen food? I use frozen vegetables all the time in soups, stir fries, frittatas, etc. These are the plain bags frozen without salt or sauces. Very cheap and they don't differ much nutritionally from fresh. With the right spices, they taste great to me. I don't think they're gross at all.
I meant more boxed meals, where they make the seasoning and sauce, I do use frozen vegetables all the time, including big bags of broccoli from birds eye.
Everybody's different. I'm a genetic heritage fat person, myself. But none of my siblings got whacked by those genes. My one big weight loss ended up making me fatter than before. Eating that was totally "normal" kept me at what my Doc's PA called "morbidly obese". As a thin person I get by on only 600-800 calories per day, but thankfully I never feel deprived. Even so, I would NEVER wish that degree of restriction on any other person.
I am glad you never feel deprived. I wish I could do away my hunger pain, its a problem and never leaves me alone. People who escape the fat genetics, don't know how fortunate they are.
