My original 160 is still off. I am hoping and praying that the massively increased exercise of the last 3 months will have taken some more off as well as the reduction to my leg via lymphedema treatments. I expect that some more has come off. I know my leg is lighter. Maybe by 45lbs? LOL
You are right 400lb people were extraordinarily rare in the old days. I have commented on that fact on this blog. How did we go from 400lb and above people being so rare, they were 1 in 10 million types that were put on display to having such an increased number who struggle with obesity? Of course I have covered those issues on this blog.
I've read through a lot of your blog entries. You're very honest and straightforward. :-) . I like that. I still have a lot more to lose though. And I wish you the best of luck in your endeavors. :-)
