This looks like fun, even 50 year old cookbooks are a new world, but going back 200-300 years is a whole other ball game. Reading very old cookbooks can quite an interesting on it's own so these guys cooking the recipes for real is kind of neat.

Thanks, I want to go through and watch more when I get the time. The cabbage thing seems like altered stuffed cabbage but boiling it, wow, I wonder if one can boil cabbage rolls, if you could do something were they don't come apart. All that suet would be too much. LOL
